Making a Choice All on My Own

I guess that I am going to have to make a choice all on my own with this kind of stuff. I am not going to get any help from my boss with this The Property Management Software stuff. I just hope that I choose the right one. I guess that I should be happy that my boss trusts me with this stuff, but I really do not get it. I would think he would want some input on this.
