Jobs At Swim Meet

My daughter joined the swim team this year at the YMCA. She had a home meet this Saturday. The cost is very reasonable for her to swim on this team. To be on the team parents are required to volunteer at the home meets. I helped with the ribbons. It was an easy job. I did it with another parent and I enjoyed talking with her. Another parent was on clean up duty. He had to take garbage to the dumpster in Illinois. Another mom I know worked in the concessions stand. I actually enjoy helping out otherwise the day can be some what long.
